TKO Raises 2026 Guidance After Strong Q3
TKO Group Holdings reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company raised its full year 2026 guidance for the second time this year. Revenue grew 21 percent or $240.2 million to reach $1.360 billion.
UFC revenue climbed $194.0 million to $519.2 million while WWE revenue fell $2.8 million to $399.3 million and the IMG segment increased $54.6 million to $391.3 million. Operating expenses grew due to a $49.3 million rise in direct operating costs and a $21.4 million increase in selling, general and administrative expenses that were partially offset by a $36.1 million reduction in depreciation and amortization.
Adjusted EBITDA jumped 54 percent or $195.5 million to $555.7 million, driven by a $119.7 million gain at UFC to $285.3 million, a $9.4 million increase at WWE to $217.2 million, and a $54.5 million rise in the IMG segment to $115.9 million.
Cash flows from operating activities reached $472.1 million, up $55.3 million from $416.8 million, mainly because of better operating performance and working capital timing.
