Sirius XM sees big audience growth for WWE Radio

Sirius XM rebranded its dedicated pro wrestling channel as WWE Radio a few months ago. The channel continues to air Busted Open Radio as its main program while adding WWE-produced podcasts and audio simulcasts of streaming and televised shows.
During an October 29 stockholder call discussing the latest earnings, CEO Jennifer Witz highlighted the channel's performance. She reported that listening to WWE Radio has grown nearly 20 percent since the July launch and rebrand.
Witz also noted that monthly active sports listeners increased four percent year-over-year across connected car and streaming platforms. She described sports as a powerful driver of fandom that unites passionate communities around live programming.
