Rey Mysterio accidentally broke The Undertaker's nose during a match on an episode of SmackDown in May 2010.
The mishap occurred when Mysterio overshot his West Coast Pop and landed directly on The Undertaker's face.
Mysterio later recalled being scared for his life immediately after the incident.
