Cruz Montana Joins The 946 On WWE Raw
This week’s episode of WWE Raw from Brooklyn, New York, ended with a main event singles match between Solo Sikoa and Royce Keys. The 946 interfered in the bout, leading to the match being thrown out via disqualification. Solo Sikoa rolled out of the ring and summoned The Bloodline for backup, setting up a staredown between the two groups.
The masked man then revealed himself as Cruz Montana, who joined The 946 and helped them dominate the brawl against The Bloodline. During the assault, OTM sent Jey Uso through the announce table while Jaida Parker handcuffed Jimmy Uso in the corner.
The segment concluded when Sami Zayn ran in and leveled Roman Reigns with a Helluva Kick, leaving The 946 and Zayn standing tall as the show went off the air. The moment marked Cruz Montana’s official main roster call-up after he had been appearing on NXT since July.
Montana is set to wrestle Dion Lennox in an unsanctioned match this Wednesday on NXT, with UFC star Michael Chandler serving as special enforcer.
