Ospreay vs Newman Set for Wrestle Kingdom 21

Will Ospreay and Callum Newman’s partnership in United Empire broke down during their IWGP Tag Team Title challenge against Oskar and Yuto at Power Struggle. The duo showed signs of miscommunication throughout the bout before Ospreay struck Zane Jay and Newman swung a chair at his mentor. Ospreay ducked the chair shot which accidentally hit Oskar for a disqualification, leading to a pull-apart brawl and Newman challenging Ospreay to a singles match at Wrestle Kingdom 21 on January 4.
