Orange Cassidy Names Broken Orbital Bone as Worst Injury

“I broke my… orbital bone in my sinus on my face. I mean, I don’t want to get too… It happened, and I broke my face, and when you rupture the sinus, the blood goes down your throat and into your stomach.— Orange Cassidy
Orange Cassidy has identified breaking his orbital bone as the worst injury he has endured during his pro wrestling career. The AEW star rarely misses time unless sidelined by injury and has previously been out with a dislocated shoulder and a torn pectoral muscle.
Cassidy revealed the details while speaking on The Rizzuto Show. He explained that he broke his orbital bone in his sinus area on his face after being kneed there during a match at a small building. Cassidy said the rupture caused blood to flow down his throat into his stomach, which he was unaware of at the time.
The wrestler became very nauseous and went outside where a friend recorded him vomiting what appeared to be straight blood. He noted the timing around October made the scene resemble a moment from The Exorcist.
