On the Record: Wwe® & The Walt Disney Company Expand Partnership With Two-day Takeover Of Espn Wide World Of Sports Complex Featuring The John Cena Classic & Marvel Studios’ ‘avengers: Doomsday’-themed Worl

WWE and The Walt Disney Company have expanded their partnership with a two-day takeover of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Florida, scheduled for December 14-15, 2026.

The event will feature two major shows. The first is the John Cena Classic on December 14, which will include top stars from Raw and SmackDown competing against rising talents from NXT.

The John Cena Classic will end with the WWE Universe selecting the top performer of the night through real-time voting by members of the Club WWE fan program. The show will stream live on Netflix as a special edition of Monday Night Raw.

On December 15, WWE will present a Marvel Studios ‘Avengers: Doomsday’-themed edition of Worlds Collide. The event will include top Superstars from WWE, NXT and AAA.

The collaboration aims to combine the storytelling traditions of both companies to create a crossover experience for their fans. It also includes a two-day WWE World fan event with experiences, retail activations and merchandise.
