Danhausen Reveals Reason For Trademarking Face Paint

“This isn't so Danhausen can Willy nilly try to sue people. It's literally so no one can yell at Danhausen.— Danhausen
Danhausen has trademarked his signature black-and-white face paint design. Danhausen told Insight With Chris Van Vliet that he had seen something that looked very much like his face paint design and decided he should try to get it trademarked. The wrestler explained he was getting tagged by fans on Twitter about the resemblance and thought it was best to protect the look because who knows what could happen.
Danhausen stated that he loves Magic and reaffirmed the trademark was not intended to allow him to sue people at will. He wrote on X that the move was literally so no one can yell at Danhausen. Michael E. Dockins, known as the Gimmick Attorney, helped him file for the trademark.
