Bronson Reed Explains 50-Pound Weight Loss

“The way I did it is, I really just locked in. You know, I've had serious injuries before, but this was a serious one with my bicep. I was like, what can I do to sort of stand out when I return? Last time I got injured, I joined The Vision...I thought, you know what, I'm just going to get into great shape. I have a coach in Australia that helps me. He helped me with my nutrition and my strength and conditioning. I was able to drop 50 pounds in those six months when I was injured.— Bronson Reed
WWE star Bronson Reed focused on perfecting his physique while recovering from a torn bicep injury that he suffered this past February. Reed told the Cheap Heat podcast that he dropped 50 pounds during the six months he spent sidelined.
He explained that he locked in on his goals after reflecting on past injuries and deciding he needed to stand out upon his comeback. Reed said that when he was previously injured he had joined The Vision, but this time he chose to get into great shape with help from a coach in Australia.
The coach assisted Reed with both nutrition and strength and conditioning throughout the recovery period. Currently Bron Breakker and Austin Theory of The Vision hold the World Tag Team Championships.
