Sami Zayn Dislocated Shoulder Twice vs. John Cena

“It actually dislocated twice. The first time it subluxed, which is popping out and popping back in, happened so fast that I almost wasn’t sure it happened.— Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn answered John Cena's open challenge for the United States Championship on the May 4 2015 episode of WWE Raw in Canada.
Zayn dislocated his shoulder twice during the match but remained focused on the contest.
The first dislocation was a subluxation that popped out and back in quickly on the stairs leaving Zayn momentarily confused about what had occurred.
Several minutes later a back suplex from Cena caused the shoulder to dislocate again and stay out.
Zayn told the doctor to stand by as he intended to finish the match despite the injury.
Cena retained the United States title in the bout.
