Mistico, Tsuji, Takeshita Added to NJPW CMLL Lucha Kingdom
The NJPW and CMLL collaborative event Lucha Kingdom is scheduled for November 16 at Arena Mexico in Mexico City. Two new matches were confirmed for the show on Wednesday morning. Mistico will team with Ultimo Guerrero to face Yota Tsuji and Hirooki Goto in a tag team match.
This will be Takeshita's second time wrestling in Mexico since his excursion there as a Young Lion in 2024. Mistico's originally planned singles match against El Desperado at Lucha Kingdom was changed because Desperado is sidelined with a spinal canal stenosis and a hernia. Mistico and El Desperado remain the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions despite the injury.
