Thea Hail Shares Update on Alopecia Battle

Thea Hail has provided a new update on her battle with alopecia in a recent Instagram video. The former NXT Women's North American Champion revealed that she now has several large bald spots on her scalp. Hail noted that her existing bald spots continue to expand at a concerning rate.

One of the bald areas on her head is noticeably bigger than the others. While filming the video, additional hairs fell out from her scalp. The 21-year-old NXT superstar added humor to the update by naming all of her bald spots.

Hail has stayed positive throughout her ongoing alopecia journey. In September 2026, Hail posted a YouTube video addressing the issue, stating "Fun fact, I have alopecia right now. I'm balding." She referred to her initial bald spot as Harold and said it was growing at a concerning rate.

Her fellow NXT wrestlers have continued offering love and support as she remains open about her condition on social media.
