Sol Ruca Learned Self-Advocacy From Becky Lynch

Sol Ruca defeated Becky Lynch to capture her first title on the main roster, the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Ruca began her wrestling career at the WWE Performance Center in NXT in 2022. Despite her relatively short time in the business, she has already won championships and competed on high-level PLEs.

Ruca spoke to Korey Smith and Tor Smith on KRON4 about what she learned from working with Lynch. Ruca explained that she learned a lot from Lynch especially in the character aspect of wrestling by seeing how her brain works.

Ruca added that Lynch is really good at turning nothing into something and at questioning creative to make everything the best that it can be. She said she definitely learned to stick up for herself a little bit when she disagrees with certain things and that Lynch does that in a respectful way.

Ruca has not competed on TV since she participated in the women's Money in the Bank ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank. Becky Lynch will face Stephanie Vaquer on Monday's episode of WWE Raw.
