Power Slap Staff To Fly Into Bahrain Before Riyadh Event

Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport has faced closures and limited operations for much of October following attacks by the Houthis in Yemen on October 10. The US State Department has issued security alerts directing non-emergency US government employees and families to leave Saudi Arabia while urging citizens to exercise extreme caution at the airport.

WWE Crown Jewel remains scheduled for November 7 in Riyadh. Power Slap is set to take place in the city one day prior to the event.

Power Slap production staff are planned to fly into Bahrain and then travel by bus for five hours to reach Riyadh. This arrangement will remain in place unless the airport sees further openings.

It remains unclear whether WWE talent and staff will follow a similar travel plan for Crown Jewel. TKO's CEO has indicated that the situation is being monitored.
