Ospreay Retains AEW World Title at WrestleDream

All Elite Wrestling will present WrestleDream 2026 on pay-per-view from Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida. The event begins at 7 pm ET with a Tailgate Brawl special on TNT and the Buy In pre-show on YouTube before the main card starts at 8 pm ET.

The show will be available for purchase in the United States through PPV.com, HBO Max, Amazon, DAZN, Fubo, YouTube, and cable or satellite providers. International fans in the UK and other markets can access it via MyAEW.

AEW scheduled the event only three weeks after All Out. Some television time during that period was used to pay tribute to PAC rather than advancing storylines.

The main event will be a new Clockwork Carnage match for the AEW world championship. The match combines elements of a Casino Gauntlet in its first phase and an Iron Man format in its second phase.

Eight wrestlers will compete across two phases. The Entry Phase begins with two competitors and adds a new entrant every three minutes until all have entered, with any wrestler pinned or submitted during this phase being eliminated.

Surviving wrestlers advance to the 15-minute Scoring Phase, where the competitor with the most pins or submissions is declared the AEW world champion. The defending champion Will Ospreay faces challengers Samoa Joe, Kazuchika Okada, Ricochet, Adam Copeland, Konosuke Takeshita, Speedball Bailey, and Darby Allin.
