Orange Cassidy Recalls Worst Injury
“I broke my orbital bone and my sinus on my face.— Orange Cassidy

AEW wrestler Orange Cassidy described breaking his orbital bone and sinus as the worst injury of his wrestling career. He explained that the sinus rupture caused blood to flow down his throat into his stomach, which he did not realize at first.

The incident left him feeling very nauseous during an event at a small building where he was wrestling. Cassidy recalled leaning over outside after the match as his friend recorded a video of him vomiting what appeared to be straight blood, comparing the scene to the October scene from The Exorcist.

Medical staff had to knock him out before two nurses wrapped bedding sheets around his arm while a doctor held his body and pulled the shoulder back into place. He noted that he remained out of it afterward because they had heavily sedated him for the procedure. On the Oct. 21 episode of Dynamite, Cassidy teamed with Jay White to face The Death Riders.
