Orange Cassidy Built Backyard Ring After First Live Show
“I saw wrestling on TV, and I was like, wow, that’s cool. I think I can do that. Built a ring in my backyard, and now I’m still doing it.— Orange Cassidy

Orange Cassidy revealed that he constructed a wrestling ring in his backyard after attending his first live wrestling show. Cassidy explained that he had seen wrestling on television and decided he could do it himself. Following the in-person event, he became hooked on the sport and immediately took action by building the ring.

The ring was made from scraps of wood, and Cassidy wrestled his neighborhood friends and anyone else who wanted to step inside it. Cassidy has been an active professional wrestler for more than 22 years and has been a regular part of AEW programming since the promotion launched in 2019.

He is known for his distinctive 'sloth style' that sets him apart from other characters both in and outside the ring.
