Jesse Ventura Criticizes Trump on Livestream

Jesse Ventura appeared on a Twitch livestream with Hasan Piker and sharply criticized President Donald Trump. The 75-year-old former Minnesota governor and Vietnam War veteran called Trump a coward and a bully. He added that all bullies are cowards and that is why they are bullies.
Ventura contrasted his own service with Trump's record, noting he completed two tours totaling 17 months in Southeast Asia at the same time Trump received deferments and avoided the Vietnam War. He said his whole immediate family has fought in wars for the country, including his brother who also served in Southeast Asia.
Ventura also repeated conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks and the assassination of John F. Kennedy during the stream. The conversation touched on wrestling when Ventura recounted his attempt to start a union in the WWF during the 1980s. He claimed the plan was stopped after Hulk Hogan informed Vince McMahon about it.
