Insane Wrestling Revolution held its Monster's Ball event on October 29 in Monroe, Michigan, featuring regional talent along with several TNA wrestlers. The show was professionally shot and lit, with on-screen chyrons displaying each wrestler's name during entrances. Sam Beale, who has added significant muscle since his earlier TNA run, retained the IWR United States title by defeating Thomas Heim, who recently appeared on TNA Xplosion.

Returning from a serious neck injury, Martian Webb defeated Ryan Matthias, a regular competitor for Wrestling REVOLVER. IWR Champion and TNA International Champion Jason Hotch retained his IWR title against Trey Miguel in a good but brief match. Hotch continued attacking Miguel after the bell until Sam Beale intervened to make the save.

An angry Hotch then challenged Beale to a title versus title match at the Season's Beatings event scheduled for December 26. Rory Shields, who has been a regular for REVOLVER and is managed by John E. Bravo, defeated Leela Hall to win the Olde Tyme Women's Athletic title.

In the Monster's Ball main event, Shotzi Blackheart teamed with Soultaker to defeat Madman Fulton and Jody Threat. Blackheart scored the pinfall on Fulton using a top-rope Meteora in the plunder-filled bout.
