Gabe Kidd Recalls Holding Back Emotions at PAC Tribute
“Don’t mope around all day, you’ve got a job to do.— Gabe Kidd

Gabe Kidd discussed holding back his emotions during the PAC tribute show while speaking with Chris Jericho. Kidd noted that the loss of Benjamin Satterley still feels fresh because PAC would periodically return to England and miss shows. Kidd described the Death Riders' backbone as showing up to work and putting on a show regardless of the situation since fans have saved for years to attend.

He said the group views their role as a gift and a blessing that should not be taken lightly. After competing in the main event tag match Kidd allowed his emotions to surface and dropped to his knees. He then felt someone wrap their arms around him and realized it was Jon Moxley.

Kidd shared that Moxley said something real to him but chose not to reveal the exact words as they were private. He stated that his approach to wrestling has always been to be real and to be who you are without trying to act like someone else.

Kidd recounted that watching the video during the day made the reason for the event and match hit him causing him to break down because the Death Riders are family now more than ever. He emphasized that their bond will never be broken and that nobody would suggest otherwise because there are things more important than wrestling.

Kidd added that they have to keep going for PAC since he would have done the same for anyone else by putting in 100 percent effort and showing up to work.
