Eddie Edwards Defeats Bear Bronson For System Control

Eddie Edwards defeated Bear Bronson in a singles match on this week's episode of TNA Impact. The bout determined control within The System group, with a Bronson victory allowing him to call the shots and a loss requiring him to take orders from Edwards going forward.
The nearly 13-and-a-half-minute contest saw both men trading momentum on multiple occasions. The action spilled out to the aisle where Bronson delivered a Black Hole Slam on the ramp, after which both competitors barely returned to the ring in time to avoid a countout.
Bronson seized control with a series of strikes and connected with a choke bomb. Edwards managed to kick out after a one count. Edwards fought back and attempted a Boston Knee Party that Bronson blocked. Edwards followed up by landing a lariat and then hitting two Boston Knee Parties in succession to secure the pinfall victory.
The System members proved to be formidable opponents against each other during the physical encounter. Edwards' win appears to have settled family business inside the group.
