Drew McIntyre Not Chasing Hollywood Roles
“I’m not chasing it. ... Drew McIntyre didn’t come to Hollywood. Hollywood came to Drew, and we’re taking it as it comes.— Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre stated that he is not actively pursuing additional Hollywood roles and is instead approaching opportunities as they arise. He emphasized that Hollywood approached him rather than the other way around. The Scottish wrestler has been involved in various acting and voice acting projects while away from WWE television. These include appearances in Hex, Highlander, and Agent of Shadows.
During a recent interview with CNN News 18, McIntyre addressed whether he plans to seek out more acting work. He noted that some other wrestlers are chasing such opportunities but clarified his own stance on the matter. McIntyre confirmed that he will return to WWE, describing the promotion as his home. He expressed gratitude to Nick Khan and Triple H for allowing him to explore acting ventures.
He indicated that the experience could prove beneficial for both his Hollywood pursuits and his WWE career. McIntyre added that Hollywood Drew will make a comeback when the timing is appropriate but that moment has not arrived yet.
