C4 Wrestling Holds Final Ottawa Show November 27

C4 Wrestling will hold its final event at the Preston Event Center in Ottawa on November 27. The show will mark the promotion's 19th anniversary.

When C4 launched, Ottawa was not considered a strong market for independent professional wrestling. The area had seen multiple promotions attempt to establish themselves, with most proving short-lived or unsustainable.

The promotion aimed to present the best independent wrestling available by focusing on talent development and opportunity. This approach emphasized creating matches that wrestlers might not otherwise experience and building connections with the broader independent scene.

C4 provided local performers with a platform to gain visibility beyond the Ottawa region. The promotion faced skepticism and challenges from the outset but established its own path in the Canadian independent wrestling landscape.

Over time, C4 encountered various obstacles yet continued to operate. Plans for a major 20th anniversary celebration in 2027 were altered by unexpected developments several months ago.

The November 27 event will serve as both the 19th anniversary show and the final presentation at the Preston Event Center after nine years at the venue.
