Bully Ray Praises Orton's Recent WWE Raw Promo

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray described Randy Orton's recent promo on the November 2 edition of WWE Raw as the best he has ever heard Orton deliver in his career.

The segment targeted Cody Rhodes ahead of their Last Man Standing match at WWE Crown Jewel. Ray highlighted its concise structure, noting that it was short, direct, and made complete sense.

Orton emphasized Rhodes' lack of experience in Last Man Standing matches. Ray recalled the line about Rhodes having been in zero such matches as one that landed effectively.

Orton also pointed out that he remains the only wrestler from his developmental class still active in WWE. That group included Brock Lesnar, John Cena, and Dave Bautista.

In the promo Orton contrasted his own focus on professional wrestling with the Hollywood aspirations of his peers, including Rhodes. Ray praised the conviction behind these statements.

Ray stated that he could not recall any previous Orton promo that would be as memorable. He admitted that many of Orton's past speeches had not stuck in his mind.
