WWE Q3 Revenue Hits $399.3 Million

TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of WWE and UFC, announced its third-quarter earnings on Wednesday. WWE contributed $399.3 million in total revenue during the third quarter. This figure represents a 1% decrease from $402.1 million in the same quarter of 2025.

WWE's revenue across the first three quarters of 2026 showed an overall increase compared to the prior year. EBITDA for WWE also rose year over year, matching the trend seen for UFC. In response to the strong quarterly results, TKO Group raised its full-year 2026 revenue projection to $5.83 billion.

The updated forecast is an increase from the previous estimate of $5.79 billion. Mark Shapiro, President and COO of TKO Group, stated, "Our third quarter performance reflects the secular tailwinds powering live events and experiences around the world and TKO's assets sit front and center of that premium ecosystem."

Shapiro added that raising full-year guidance for the second time this year demonstrates the company's conviction across its portfolio as it closes out its year of execution.
