WWE NXT Viewership Drops To 655,000

WWE NXT viewership fell to 655,000 for the October 20 episode. That number marked an 11 percent decline from the previous week's 732,000 viewers, which had been the highest figure in six weeks. The 18-49 demographic rating dropped from 0.14 to 0.10 on the same broadcast.
Despite the weekly decline, the October 20 viewership remained above the monthly average of 641,000. The 18-49 rating of 0.10 also finished below the four-week average of 0.11. October's overall viewership for NXT rose 8 percent compared with the same period last year while the demographic rating improved 10 percent.
The show featured the final two quarterfinal matches in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic with Hank and Tank plus The Wagner Brothers advancing to the final four. A segment with NXT Champion Grayson Waller and former champion plus number one contender Tony D'Angelo built toward their Halloween Havoc match.
The episode closed with a no-contest between Cruz Montana and Dion Lennox after Montana was arrested during the chaotic brawl.
