WWE Funds Psicosis Hip Replacement Surgery

WWE has agreed to cover the cost of hip replacement surgery for lucha libre legend Psicosis. Rey Mysterio was the one who proposed the idea to the promotion.

Psicosis received the 2026 Lucha Libre Award at the Cauliflower Alley Club reunion. He attended the event in person and was joined by Mysterio for the celebration.

At the time of the ceremony, Psicosis was using a cane to help with his mobility.

The development follows a recent report that a different individual was responsible for death match legend Necro Butcher receiving a WWE Legends contract even though he had never worked for the company.
