Vince McMahon car crash case dismissed

Vince McMahon completed a one-year probation period related to a car crash that occurred in July 2025. The case has now been officially closed.
McMahon had been charged with reckless driving after an accident that involved three vehicles. A 72-year-old woman involved in the incident stated that she was lucky to have survived.
Footage of the crash was released by authorities. Dashcam and body-worn camera recordings were obtained through a public records request by POST Wrestling from the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection.
McMahon was granted entry into a pretrial probationary program. The conditions required him to make a one-thousand-dollar donation to charity and to drive only while properly licensed and insured.
McMahon's lawyer, Mark Sherman, described the arrangement as a continuous state for a dismissal rather than traditional probation. The case file remains sealed in Connecticut court.
