TKO's Shapiro Addresses WWE Crown Jewel Safety Concerns
TKO held a town hall meeting for all employees on October 28 via Zoom. The meeting included staff from WWE, UFC, Zuffa Boxing, and On Location. Each entity within TKO gave recaps on current activities in their divisions. TKO President and COO Marc Shapiro addressed upcoming events in the Middle East.
The town hall occurred before Riyadh Season announced that WWE Crown Jewel would move to a different venue within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The venue change for Crown Jewel was not addressed during the meeting. The town hall was described as mostly a rah rah meeting according to PWInsider's Mike Johnson.
