“That my dog, you know, way, way before I even set foot in the door.— Royce Keys
Royce Keys leads the faction known as 946. He discussed the group and the addition of Carmelo Hayes during an appearance on Busted Open Radio.
Carmelo Hayes had not appeared on WWE SmackDown for months before joining a beatdown involving the Usos and Solo Sikoa. Keys described Hayes as a longtime friend and a strong addition to the faction.
Keys noted that Hayes shares the same drive as the rest of the group. He indicated that further destruction and chaos from 946 are expected.
Keys first targeted the Bloodline at SummerSlam alongside Solo Sikoa and LA Knight. The trio defeated Jacob Fatu and the Usos on the event's first night.
After several weeks off WWE television, Keys returned as a surprise on the August 24 edition of Raw. He aligned with OTM to create chaos on the show.
Keys has moved from undercard matches to multiple main event segments on Raw. He expressed that he remains prepared for any opportunities presented to him.
