Nunzio Recalls Improvised 2003 Undertaker Spot

Nunzio led the Full Blooded Italians stable alongside Chuck Palumbo and Johnny Stamboli during his time in WWE. He competed primarily as a mid-carder on WWE Velocity and often served as enhancement talent. Nunzio believes the FBI partnership helped elevate him and allowed him to feud with The Undertaker in 2003.
The moment happened spontaneously with neither man knowing it was coming. Nunzio told the story to Pat Patterson who praised the spot when he returned to the dressing room. He did not realize he had done it until others began talking about it afterward.
The spot received enough attention that Nunzio continued performing it at live events. Nunzio said he is glad it went viral and that people still mention it to him all the time. His first run with WWE lasted from 2002 until 2008 and he later wrestled Tony D'Angelo on WWE NXT in 2024.
