NJPW of America to Cease Operations
New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced that its subsidiary NJPW of America Inc., founded in 2019, will cease operations and enter liquidation. The promotion will continue holding events in North America fully backed by TV Asahi as it optimizes resources and expands globally. The final NJPW of America event was Resurgence in May 2025 at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.
