Meltzer Confirms Dragon Lee's Five-Year WWE Deal

Dragon Lee has signed a five year contract with WWE. Dave Meltzer confirmed the length of the deal after noting that speculation about its terms had circulated.

The discussion also covered Dragon Lee's brother Dralistico who currently performs for AEW. Dralistico recently posted an AI generated image of himself behind bars which led to widespread speculation that he intended to depart AEW.

Meltzer confirmed that Dralistico's AEW contract expires in December. Industry sources indicated that Dralistico has expressed interest in leaving the promotion.

Meltzer added that the prison themed image was related to a visa issue rather than a desire to exit AEW. He noted that people close to Dralistico provided this explanation.

Meltzer reported that AEW believes WWE will extend an offer to Dralistico. The situation remains ongoing as his contract nears its end.
