Liv Morgan Recalls Early WWE Training Advice

“Shut up and keep your eyes open— Liv Morgan
WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer and Becky Lynch in a Triple Threat match at Money in the Bank 2026. This victory marks her fourth world title reign. Morgan has risen to the top of the women's division after facing significant challenges early in her career.
During an appearance on First We Feast's Hot Ones, Morgan discussed the advice she received when she first joined the WWE system. She was told to stay quiet and observe carefully. New trainees were not permitted to enter the ring for the first 30 days and instead had to watch from the sidelines.
Morgan recalled learning to remain silent and absorb information during her initial training period. She had previously described her three-day WWE tryout as intimidating due to the physical demands. At that time she lacked an athletic background beyond competitive cheerleading.
Morgan initially viewed simply being signed by WWE as a major accomplishment. She soon realized she faced a lengthy path to reach her goals in the ring. She ultimately achieved those goals and has become a multiple-time champion.
Morgan is scheduled to defend the Women's Crown Jewel Championship against WWE Women's Champion Chelsea Green at the upcoming Night of Champions event. Current Ms. Money in the Bank holder Tiffany Stratton could cash in on either champion at any moment.
