Sami Zayn To Defend WWE Title vs Trick Williams

Two title matches have been added to the October 30 episode of WWE SmackDown. The card will feature a WWE Championship match between Sami Zayn and Trick Williams. It will also include an Intercontinental Championship match between Zayn and Rey Fenix.

The additions stem from events on the October 23 edition of SmackDown. Trick Williams interrupted Sami Zayn during a segment with Rey Fenix. This interruption led to a tag team match that night between Williams and Fenix against Zayn and Johnny Gargano.

Prior to the tag team match, Williams was interviewed backstage. In the interview he declared his intention to challenge Zayn for the WWE Championship on the following week's show.
