Kit Wilson Embraces Growth in WWE Singles Run
“It’s been finding myself. Sometimes art imitates life and life art, and as I go through this change on TV, going from a tag team wrestler- and I was only ever a tag team guy, and I was so committed to that- into this singles journey, it really grows you as a person and you kind of mature with it.— Kit Wilson

Kit Wilson has reinvented himself as a singles wrestler following the injury and hiatus of his Pretty Deadly tag team partner Elton Prince.

Wilson is currently aligned with The Miz and has been active as a singles competitor.

In a recent interview, Wilson described the transition from tag team wrestling to singles competition as a period of personal discovery and maturation.

He noted that the change on television mirrored his real life growth, as he had previously been committed solely to tag team wrestling.

Wilson explained that while tag teams provide support and can mask individual weaknesses, the singles run has forced him to address those gaps directly.

He stated that the experience has made him a better performer and person, emphasizing his focus on continued growth.
