Hechicero defends CMLL title vs Zack Sabre Jr at Lucha Kingdom
CMLL x NJPW Lucha Kingdom is scheduled for November 16 at Arena Mexico.
The event has added three new matches to its card.
A previously announced bout between Hechicero and Zack Sabre Jr. has been upgraded to a CMLL World Heavyweight Championship match.
Hechicero defended the title against Liam Slater in the UK after Sabre issued a challenge backstage at King of Pro-Wrestling.
Hechicero retained the championship in a three-way match against Sabre and Claudio Castagnoli at CMLL’s Anniversary event in September.
The show will also feature a singles match between Soberano Jr. and Shota Umino as well as an eight-man tag team contest pitting Zandokan Jr., Difunto, Barboza, and Furia Roja against KUSHIDA, Black Tiger, Yutani, and Shoma Kato.
