Drew McIntyre Teases WWE Return as Sin Cara

Drew McIntyre Teases WWE Return as Sin Cara

Drew McIntyre has confirmed he will return to WWE eventually. He described the comeback as something that will be significant for both himself and the fans.

McIntyre has been absent from WWE programming since competing in an unsanctioned match against Jacob Fatu at WrestleMania 42. He has spent the time filming the movies Highlander and The Last Druid.

During an appearance on Going Ringside, the host referenced next year’s Road To Rumble European Tour and inquired about a possible return timeline. McIntyre stated that WWE remains his home while noting that his current focus is on his Hollywood projects.

He pointed out that this six-month break marks the first extended time away from wrestling since he began his professional career at age 15. McIntyre emphasized that the length of the absence will make his eventual return a major event.
