David Otunga Analyzes Montez Ford Lawsuit Footage

Former WWE star and attorney David Otunga reviewed additional footage from the July 6 episode of WWE Raw showing Montez Ford performing a sexually provocative dance against a security guard.
Noel Lucas, the security guard involved, has filed a lawsuit against Ford alleging an unwanted lap dance that amounted to assault and battery.
After examining the new angle of the footage, Otunga determined that Lucas has a viable civil case regarding liability and damages.
Otunga noted that the footage appears to show repeated contact during the dance, which Lucas claims occurred without his consent.
He explained that a jury could view the unwanted rubbing in a sexualized context as offensive even without physical injury such as a bruise or broken bone.
Otunga also observed that the rules of battery apply equally regardless of gender, and that being male or a security guard does not require accepting such contact.
