AEW scrapped Dynamite seventh-anniversary plans after PAC death

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled that Benjamin Satterley, known professionally as PAC, died of bronchial asthma. The determination classifies his death as natural. The senior sports reporter for the California Post first reported the ruling.
Satterley died on September 27 in Des Plaines, Illinois. He was found unresponsive in a vehicle outside a restaurant. Emergency services responded and pronounced him dead at 4:08 pm local time.
Authorities stated there were no indications of trauma or foul play. His death did not appear suspicious. An autopsy was performed and additional testing completed before the cause was finalized.
Satterley was born in Newcastle upon Tyne and began wrestling in 2004. He became closely associated with Dragon Gate, where he held multiple championships including a record 447-day reign as Open the Brave Gate Champion.
He signed with WWE in 2012 and performed as Adrian Neville and later Neville. His accomplishments there included the NXT Championship, two NXT Tag Team Championship reigns, and two runs as WWE Cruiserweight Champion.
Satterley joined AEW in 2019 after returning to Dragon Gate. He became the inaugural AEW All-Atlantic Champion, later renamed the International Championship, and held the AEW World Trios Championship as part of Death Triangle. His final match was a loss to Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship at All Out on September 26.
