AEW Returns to Twitch for Blood and Guts
Willow Nightingale issued a challenge on Saturday's Collision, declaring that she and Wrathlander consisting of Kris Statlander and Harley Cameron would join forces with the Brawling Birds. The group will face Divine Dominion and the Triangle of Madness in the women's Blood & Guts match.
In the same promo, Statlander and Cameron noted that they are scheduled to defend the Women's Tag Team titles against the Brawling Birds at Full Gear. Nightingale acknowledged the upcoming title match but stated that the champions would still be aligned with her team for Blood & Guts.
The storyline for the women's Blood & Guts match began on Wednesday with a backstage brawl involving all participants except Nightingale. On Saturday, during a match between Divine Dominion and Wrathlander, the Triangle of Madness interfered to cause a disqualification.
Nightingale then made the save, using a steel chain to chase away the interfering wrestlers and clear the ring.
