WWE Seeks United Front For Crown Jewel

WWE is proceeding with plans for its Crown Jewel premium live event scheduled for November 7 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The show is set to take place at the Riyadh Seasonal Stadium, a venue built specifically for the event, where construction has already begun.
Amid rising conflicts in the Middle East and advisories against travel for American citizens, some WWE employees have expressed reluctance about making the trip. The company is seeking a united front on the matter to avoid upsetting key Saudi stakeholders.
No wrestlers have publicly voiced concerns about traveling. WWE aims to maintain this silence to prevent any negative repercussions for the talent.
UFC is moving forward with an event in Abu Dhabi later in October despite the regional tensions. WWE's decision to continue is influenced by financial considerations, including investments tied to Saudi Arabia.
The company has developed a backup plan in case travel to Saudi Arabia becomes impossible. However, WWE has chosen not to announce or discuss this contingency publicly.
