Willow Nightingale Shares Imposter Syndrome Coping Strategy

Willow Nightingale Shares Imposter Syndrome Coping Strategy
“You wouldn't be in this position accidentally. Nobody would let that happen by mistake, so clearly you've been doing something right that helped you get here.— Willow Nightingale

Willow Nightingale has spoken about experiencing imposter syndrome in her wrestling career. She described moments of questioning how she reached her position and feeling uncertain about her place.

To counter these feelings, Nightingale tells herself before big shows that she would not be in that position by accident. She reminds herself that she must have been doing something right to earn her opportunities.

Nightingale has also faced physical injuries, such as a broken hand before a major event. She views injuries as logistical challenges that are easier to manage than internal struggles like imposter syndrome.

Following her recent title loss, Nightingale stayed active in the ring. She competed against Thekla in a number-one contender's match at AEW All Out and later participated in a match at AEW Grand Slam: France.
