Tony Khan Gives Positive Update On Sting

Tony Khan provided a positive update on Sting during a media call for WrestleDream. He confirmed that Steven Borden is going to be okay after being stretchered out during a recent show.

Borden was awake following the incident. He underwent a CT scan and additional tests that produced good results.

Borden was expected to fly home the next day after the medical evaluations. Khan expressed that Borden is someone the company really likes and that he is doing fantastic.

The update came while Khan was addressing multiple recent injuries among wrestlers. He also referenced Dani Luna having to debut in AEW in the match immediately following Borden's injury.

Khan did not share any specifics about a potential return date for Borden to the ring. Allin is scheduled to compete in the AEW debut of the Clockwork Carnage match at WrestleDream.
