Tommaso Ciampa Calls Himself AEW's Versatile Chameleon

“I’m a unicorn in AEW in the sense that I’m like this chameleon. I can be a bad guy on Monday and a good guy on Friday.— Tommaso Ciampa
Tommaso Ciampa has discussed his ability to shift between babyface and heel roles quickly. Since joining All Elite Wrestling, he has avoided a fixed position on either side of the roster.
His alignment changes based on the specific rivalry. This approach was evident in his recent programs against Kazuchika Okada and Andrade El Idolo.
In a recent interview, Ciampa described himself as a unicorn within AEW. He compared his style to that of a chameleon who can portray a villain one day and a hero the next.
He noted that he played more of a good guy against Okada. In contrast, he expects to lean toward the bad guy role in his feud with Andrade.
Ciampa has not joined any faction in the promotion. He stated that he is operating in his own lane and enjoys the freedom to explore different character aspects.
