Max Caster Addresses TNA Firing After Saudi Reference

Max Caster has spoken publicly for the first time since making controversial comments during his debut for TNA at Bound for Glory. He answered an open challenge from Moose in the match, which proceeded without issue.

Caster's pre-match rap included a reference to the recent deadly airport attacks in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The remark drew heavy backlash, leading TNA to announce it would no longer work with him less than a day later.

The offending line was removed from all official recordings of the event. Caster then issued an apology on social media to those who were offended, beginning with TNA president Carlos Silva.

Caster stated that he spoke with Silva in person and found him to be generous and professional. He acknowledged that he went too far, accepted the decision to protect the company, and apologized to the office staff as well as those who had vouched for him.

He also thanked Moose for the opportunity to wrestle at the event and expressed regret over how his comments affected the appearance.
