Ludwig Kaiser Defense Receives Alleged Victim Medical Records

Court records indicate that the defense team for Ludwig Kaiser, whose real name is Marcel Barthel, has now received access to the medical records of the alleged victim in his ongoing battery case. A filing submitted on October 26 by the State of Florida through Assistant State Attorney Juanda Padgett stated that a blank DVD should be provided to obtain a copy of the redacted medical records, which would then be mailed to the defense office.
This development follows the defense previously being granted access to photo evidence related to the alleged victim. Kaiser was arrested in May on a battery charge that originated from an incident in April, during which he allegedly punched a man in an elevator.
The wrestler, who portrays El Grande Americano on WWE television, has continued performing in matches while the legal proceedings remain active.
