Kelani Jordan Says TNA Title Run Improved Her WWE Promos

WWE NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan has stated that her time as TNA Knockouts Champion helped her stop overthinking her promos.
Jordan explained that TNA often filmed multiple shows in a single day, leaving her little time to prepare what she would say.
She began speaking off the cuff in the ring, reacting to the fans and allowing whatever came naturally to emerge during segments such as a contract signing.
Jordan noted that she had previously gotten in her own head trying to deliver perfect, prim and proper promos influenced by her broadcasting background.
Working with both promotions at the time gave her far more opportunities to practice, which became a major turning point for her promo skills.
Jordan is scheduled to defend her NXT Women’s title against Wren Sinclair at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc.
