Jerry Lynn Reveals Cornette Wanted Him For The Brood

Jerry Lynn disclosed that Jim Cornette tried to recruit him to WWF in the late 1990s to lead the stable that became The Brood. Cornette ultimately passed on Lynn because of his size in an era dominated by bigger wrestlers. Gangrel ended up filling the role alongside Edge and Christian, with the group forming in late 1998.
