Honolulu Declares WWE Day During Tryouts

Honolulu declared October 16 as WWE Day in the city to coincide with the company's tryouts held in Hawaii.
A local news station covered the tryouts and reported on the city's recognition of the wrestling promotion.
Rey Mysterio was present to accept the honor on behalf of WWE.
WWE is scheduled to hold a second live event in Honolulu at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena featuring matches with Oba Femi, LA Knight, Penta, The Vision, Jacob Fatu, and Royce Keys.
WWE NXT is also holding a live event in Gatineau, Quebec at the Centre Slush Puppie.
